Al Ghad License:
DED initiates "Al Ghad Licnese", a new kind of license designed to encourage the fresh businessmen to enter the business world from home. Application are studied and approved by the Commercial and License Administration separately.

License's Objectives:
1. Create opportunities to locals in order to enter business world.
2. Reduce expenses, the license is applicable to work from home.
3. Control illegal commercial activities.

General Conditions:
1. License is open only for UAE nationals.
2. License owner must be 21 years old or above.
3. Home site must be within RAK borders.
4. Labors or workers are not allowed.
5. License is open only for the permitted activities.
6. Commercial Sign board may be displayed on the house, should not exceed 30 cm x 30 cm.
7. Substances affect public health or safety are prohibited.
8. Adhere to working hours decided by DED.
9. Not abusing neighbors in any form:
a- Not causing crowds or congestion outside the house.
b- Not causing noisy or fumes or dust or odor.
c- Not affecting the environment by increasing the waste and residues in the area.
d- Goods storage is not permit inside or outside the house.
e- Not handling with hazardous substances or toxic or highly inflammable.
f- Harboring Animals are not allowed for any purpose.
g- Not causing crowds or congestion in public prinking area.
h- Not causing over flooded visitors, to preserve neighbors' feelings.

10. License is valid for 1 year, subject to renew.
11. License owner must be the house owner or resident.
12. License for one house must not exceed Two.
13. License yearly fees 1000 Dhs.
