For Sole proprietorships - Completed license application form
- Copy of the passport and the family record of the applicant
- Copy of the passport of the manager in charge (if there is one)
- Educational degrees and past professional experience for the license owner or the manager in charge if required by the business activity
- The approval of the other government parties depending on the business activity
- The commercial board registration form
- The trade name booking form
- Commercial name booking form
- Tenancy Contract if the license owner is leasing the shop, office or flat
- Leasing contract if the license owner is leasing the shop, office or flat
For companies - Completed license application form
- Passport copies of all associates with residence /visa details for expatriates, and family record copies for UAE nationals
- Passport copy of the manager in charge (if he is not one of the associates)
- Proof of capital for limited liability companies from an exchange bureau or a bank or a budget from an accredited auditor
- The approval of the other government parties depending on the business activity
- The trade name booking form Leasing contract if the license owner is leasing the shop, office or flat No objection letter for expatriate partners
For a service agent - Completed license application form
- Passport copy of the applicant specifying the residence or visa information
- No objection letter from the license owner's sponsor
- Passport copy of the Local (the service agent) and a copy of his family record
- The trade name booking form Tenancy Contract if the license owner is leasing the shop, office or flat
